“After living in NYC 10 years it was weird to be back as a tourist, but the Andaz was a great place to do it! The rooms were beautiful and the staff was so hospitable and friendly. Great location right near almost every train line - easy to get all over the city. We also got breakfast every day via the globalist program and it was SO good - wish we had a chance to try the other meals at the restaurant! Wine happy hour daily in the lobby was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I really enjoyed our stay. From Anderson at the front desk at checkin to the amazing andaz suite to the room service breakfast. Everything went smoothly. The 08 rooms are right across from the elevator however you don’t hear any noise in the bedroom. The suite was huge and furnished very minimalist. Tons of closet space. I think I only had one small issue. I called down and asked for a second snack of chips so we could each have some. I was told I would have to speak to a manager. Then about ten minutes later more chips and chocolate arrived at the door without having to talk to a manager. The breakfast were right on time as ordered and were very good. Valet for car was 20 minutes as promised. We would stay here again”
