Eu estava nesse quarteirão no fatídico 9/11 e o que mais me impressionou foi a capacidade da ignorância destruir umas das representações mais importantes da engenhosidade humana. Gosto muito da rede Marriott mas achei uma estupidez ter no hotel o andar 13 e ter um quarto número 1313 no hotel,me hospedaram nesse quarto! O pior é que a vista do quarto é de frente para o Ground Zero! O pior é que se a pessoa tiver necessidades especiais não terá outra escolha! É algum tipo de piada? Me preocupo com o fato de que a rede Marriott deixa isso acontecer com algo que estamos vendo, quais serão erros que estão acontecendo com o que não vemos? Dei 4 estrelas por causa das inúmeras vezes que fiquei no Marriott, ao redor do mundo , ao longo da vida, mas essa foi a última vez!

Estadia muito agradável e tranquila. Quarto limpo, equipe atenciosa, boas opções de refeição. Vista para o One World Trade Center espetacular!!

GOOD SERVICE SMALL ROOMS

The hotel is clean, the staff is polite , and it’s a quick trip to NYC. We stay here frequently and have never encountered any problems.

My first time in TX and it was wonderful. I was bumped to an accessible room, so no sunken living room, but it didn't really matter. Lovely room, beautiful hotel, fantastic staff at the desk. This place made me feel like a movie star! The restaurants are superb, and there are a good variety of lower price (food court), mid priced (pub) and high end. Drinks are a bit much at the cocktail bars . I am coming back as soon as I can. I don't want to stay anywhere else!

Horrible! First of all when we got there the room they gave us was not touched by the cleaners. When we got to the room the bed looked as if someone just got out of it. There was food all over the room. It was a disaster. Customer service was awful! There was 2 guys who were at the front desk in the night when I stayed there on August 18th 2020. They were just horrible staff and were very sneaky towards us. They were rude and had attitudes and did not treat us well at all. They were also very prejudice and gave other ppl special treatment.

HORRIBLE. ON TUESDAY I BOOKED THIS HOTEL THROUGH HOTELS TONIGHT, A THIRD PARTY APP I HAVE USED MANY TIMES. THE CHECK IN CLERK WAS NOT THERE AND THEY HAD A DUMB SECURITY GUARD WITH MINIMAL COMMAND OF ENGLISH CHECKING PEOPLE IN. HE TOLD US IF WE BOOKED AFTER 10PM HE DID NOT HAVE OUR RESERVATION AND THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR US. HE EVEN SUGGESTED STAYING IN THE LOBBY AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ONE PERSON! I ASKED THE APP TO CALL THE LOBBY SO WE COULD CHECK IN AND HE REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE! APPARENTLY THE MANAGEMENT LEFT HIM TO DO THE OVERNIGHT SHIFT AND NO ONE COULD HELP ME. I HAD TO LEAVE AND DID NOT EVEN GET OFFERED A REFUND. TRAUMATIC.

Nice,clean hotel.We got an upper floor room and it was quiet. The check in personnel could work on their customer service skills though as the young man rushed us and charge the card without explaining much (the lady from the check out however was lovely)

O hotel é bastante desorganizado. Chegamos as 16h e o quarto ainda não estava pronto.Quando ficou pronto ninguém avisou. O quarto é pequeno,mal cabem as malas.

O lugar é excepcional, perto de varias coisas. A poucos metros do Word Trade Center. Tem varias estações de metrô próximo ao hotel, não senti dificuldade para me locomover. Fui entre o Natal e Ano Novo de 2018, com a minha filha de 6 anos. Voltaria certamente, os funcionários da recepção nos tratam bem, mais os moços que ficam na porta do elevador, o camareiro e o pessoal do café da manhã, são de uma prontidão incrível, muito atenciosos a tudo. O café da manhã é o padrão americano e fica no 6º andar do hotel. A housekeeper ficou preocupada porque não pedi serviço de quarto por 2 dias, foi gentil em me ligar para saber se não estava precisando de algo. Conseguiria deixar minha mala, caso precisasse depois do check out. Os quartos são novos, confortáveis e não são grandes, mais o suficiente para uma acomodação de duas pessoas. No período que estive lá, o prédio ao lado encontra-se em reforma, e por isso a entrada do hotel estava improvisada com equipamentos e “tapumes” de segurança, mas nada que atrapalhasse o fluxo. Voltarei!

Very convenient location and my room even had a direct view of the World Trade Center. The rooms are pretty big and were clean/updated and it was a great price for New York. I would definitely stay...
