“This hotel is terrible. First, I am a Marriott member and have stayed at many Marriott hotels before and never experienced any problems. I had checked in and within 3 minutes of being in the room I had to leave. There was a moldy smell and made me feel very sick and the bedding appeared very moist and was not fully dried and the bed springs could easily felt and it was disgusting. I let the hotel know that I was leaving and they come up to see the room, the "manager" said "you will get all your money back but it will not be immediately".
A few days later I called hotels.com to see the status of the refund and they told me the manager told them that I stayed at the hotel the entire stay and that I cannot get any refund. I call back to the manager at the hotel and they said because I was in the hotel (for 5 minutes), they told hotels.com I stayed at the hotel.
Overall: very shameful customer service in a hotel that needs a lot of work. Very embarrassing for Marriott.

“Really Good Hotel near the intersection of 5th Avenue and 37th street in NYC. This hotel is at par with the top notch hotels. I loved the hospitality and commitment of the staff. Awesome and comfortable rooms. Gym in the basement. Nice outdoor seating. This one is strategically located in the middle of the city to give a chance for anyone to visit maximum places. Whether it's Time square, Empire State Building or Central Terminal, they are just couple of blocks away. A perfect place for NYC Travellers.👍👍👍”
