“We stayed 3 nights at the Muse, and were pleased from the very start. The front desk staff and doorman were so friendly and welcoming. I'm sorry I only remember Barbara by name, but each person at the front desk was exceptional. Our room was spacious and spotless! (Thank you for the upgrade, Muse!) The location is excellent, steps from Broadway theatre, 42nd street, and Times Square, Bryant park, etc. The ONLY glitch was that the desktop outlets in our room weren't working. So we didn't make coffee with the Keurig that housekeeping brought us. We got by easily using wall and night table outlets though. Plenty of those.”
