“Stayed at the Riu on Aug 8-10.We left $400.00 cash in the safe.Called them and wanted the money mailed to a temporary address we were staying at in NY.Instead of mailing money they wired the money via Western Union, but they only authorized it to get cashed in NY.Ilive in Texas and now I am not able to receive the money.I have contacted the hotel various time to contact Western Union and change the address to Texas (Because the sender is the only person that can make changes with Western Union).Never got a response.Terrible customer service and now I am out $400.00.”
