“Esta foi a nossa primeira vez em Madrid, e a nossa estadia no novo Hard Rock Madrid tornou-o muito especial. Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre sua equipe excepcional, sempre disposta a ouvir, dar conselhos, pegar o mapa para nos ajudar a navegar pela cidade. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a nossa TV e eles resolveram imediatamente. Eles são todos calorosos e envolventes e falam bem inglês. Os quartos são lindos, cama e travesseiro super confortável e o barman faz um ótimo mojito. Sem dúvida, quando voltarmos a Madrid, iremos ao Hard Rock Madrid. Obrigado a todos por tornar a nossa estadia tão brilhante.❤️”

“Fuimos a cenar en su restaurante ayer y luego nos invitaron a subir a la azotea a tomar el último cóctel. La comida estaba muy buena, especialmente el solomillo de buey y los canelones los puedo recomendar. Pero lo mejor de todo fue el servicio. Nuestra camarera, una mujer rubia con un poco de acento, nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento, se sabía la carta entera y las especificaciones de cada plato y cada recomendación suya fue un acierto. Si sabéis a quien me refiero, decidle por favor que esta haciendo un trabajo espectacular.”
