“Stayed at The Muse for 5 days. Really special place, not just another hotel that looks like all the rest, but instead a stylish room, everything in working order and shipshape. Super comfortable bed with selection of pillows. Great location 1/2 block from Times Sq. Room was quiet except when the ice cream vendor parked his cart on the same street and we could hear the annoying electronic versions of Pop Goes the Weasel and the like that played over and over. Not too loud. Front desk staff super helpful and welcoming. Really and outstanding visit to NYC, absolutely recommended!”

“We stayed one night at The Muse and we'll definitely make this our place in NY. It's a great location (the Irish Pub a couple of doors down has the best steak sandwich I've had). The thing that stands out the most about The Muse is the staff. They're so friendly and helpful, taking their time to have a chat with you and get you settled. Daniel checked us in and you'd think he'd been checking us in for years he was so warm and kind. Barbara was there in the morning along with another lovely lady. Again, so friendly and nice. It's that kind of service that keeps a family coming back every time.
We were there during the holidays the lobby was pretty with trees and our room had an elf in it which was fun. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Delicious coffee in the lobby in the morning and in the evening there was hot cocoa of all kinds.”
