La experiencia que tuvimos en la terraza 360º fue muy agradable. Unas vistas de Madrid impresionantes, además de lo agradable que resulta tomar algo allí arriba. La atención del personal, exquisita. Precio algo elevado (10 €), ya que no incluye consumición (no son económicas. Pero para una vez, merece la pena.

I have only visited the rooftop and the views of Madrid are breathtaking. Probably the best ones the general public can get. Massive queue on a Friday but worth the wait for the views and the photo opportunity. 10 euros if I remember correctly. Nice and extensive sitting area at the top with chill music.

Excelente hotel! Vi muitas avaliações reclamando da falta de cortesia no atendimento mas minha experiência foi extremamente positiva. Cheguei mais cedo e me deram um early check inn e quatro dias depois tive que trocar para um quarto triplo e novamente liberaram o quarto mais cedo. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, o que é um pouco raro quando se trata do centro de Madrid, a piscina e academia são pequenas mas atendem, o sky bar é imperdível, linda vista. A localização é ótima ao lado da estação de metrô plaza de espana e para quem gosta de andar a pé da para chegar em quase tudo. O café da manhã é excelente, com uma linda vista, não tive que aguardar para sentar em nenhum dos dias. Minha única observação é para o horário de funcionamento da piscina, muitos dias eles fecharam super cedo para realizar eventos, o que é muito chato para quem está hospedado e o elevador achei o sistema muito lento em alguns momentos.

I’m giving this five stars for a few reasons. 1. View amazing, best in Madrid. 2. So much fun having drinks on the roof terrace. 3. View amazing! If you want to do this get there early! Entrance is at back of hotel. Late arrival means long wait on street to get in! Not kidding! Be prepared for a cover charge, but it’s worth it. Drinks were acceptable, not stellar, but above average. I thought reasonably priced. Perfect for sunset!!

Está indicado que para ir ao bar o preço é de 5€ até às 17h e 10h a partir das 17h. Tínhamos visto na internet que esse preço era consumível então decidimos ir antes das 17h. Eram 16:40h quando chegamos ao balcão depois da longa fila e já nos estavam a ser pedidos 10€ sendo eles não consumíveis por isso acabamos por vir embora

Subimos a ver las vistas desde la azotea(5 euros por el día y 10 por la tarde noche). Las vistas merecen la pena aunque dicen que por la noche son más bonitas. Lo recomiendo 100%. Para mi gusto es mejor que la de Bellas Artes. Las consumiciones me las esperaba más caras para ser Madrid. Como negativo,tardan un poco en servirte cuando pides.

Amazing from start to finish! We had a fantastic room which was immaculate and cleaned daily. A bottle of fizz left for us was a lovely touch the celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary! Breakfast was amazing, well organised, never felt to busy, there was everything you could possible want to eat and more!! We went up to the roof top bar a couple of times with our young son and were always found a table from the attentive staff. Every member of staff is a credit to the hotel. Pool a great bonus after a long day exploring. A little disappointed we couldn’t order food but totally understood why not. We will be back for sure and have already recommended to all our friends!!

Me alojé un fin de semana, de viernes a domingo, la habitación era triple y perfecta, muy buena atención y todo estaba limpio y muy bien presentado. La ubicación en plena plaza España, en todo el centro de Madrid. Las vistas de la habitación eran a dicha plaza,osea que magníficas, y desde la terraza se ve Madrid. Si estas hospedado en el hotel, se puede subir a la terraza cuando se quiera, y por la noche el servicio de copas muy bueno en la terraza, amenizado de música. El desayuno alucinante, buffet libre y mucha variedad, buena calidad.

The hotel was fab!!!!we celebrated our belated wedding anniversary/honeymoon in the hotel. From the time we checked in to the time we left nothing was a problem. Gabriel in particular was very helpful giving us information on where to go inside and outside the city. The breakfast buffet was 5 🌟 and our room was very clean and well maintained. Hotel muy bien ubicado, habitaciones espaciosas, colchón cómodo y la cama gigante, los niños durmieron en el sofá cama también muy grande. Limpieza excelente. Desayuno completo aunque a según qué horas había un poco de aglomeración, se reponía todo antes de que acabará. Todo el personal muy atento y educado, siempre con ganas de ayudar y con una sonrisa. Las vistas increíbles a todo Madrid, la pasarela muy concurrida. Muy contentos con la estancia, sin dudarlo repetiría.

Stayed for two nights the room was really nice, the staff were friendly especially Gabriel at reception he was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room service was 10/10. It’s in a great location. Only downside was the pool being closed and the noise of the lifts but still would highly recommend staying here.

Tudo perfeito e ótima localização, mas achei desnecessário e desconfortável ser perseguida aos gritos pq estava saindo com uma banana. "No se puede sacar comida". Jesus, o preço pra não poder sair com uma banana, menos né gente, agiram como se tivesse roubando comida pra levar pro Brasil. E jogam kilos fora em cada café.

Such a special place! We got engaged here. Stayed a few nights at the hotel. The location is perfect, the rooms are great, and the service was nice. The rooftop bar offers delicious drinks and beautiful sunset views. The breakfast and room service was good too. The only minus is that it is too popular and thereby crowded.

El personal de todo el hotel es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y modernas, tiene colchones muy cómodos y hay mucha limpieza. El desayuno muy completo con un buffet donde no falta de nada. A veces hay que esperar porque se acumulan las personas a la misma hora y es un hotel muy grande, aunque esto no es ningún problema ya que va muy rápido. Las vistas son fabulosas y la terraza es espectacular 👌 Volvería a repetir.

Pagas 10€ por subir a la terraza a ver las vistas. La verdad es que es impresionante, te puedes hacer mil fotos en los balcones de cristal. Lo único malo de siempre son los turistas, hay tanta gente que siempre salen personas por detrás en las fotos. Los precios son demasiado altos en la terraza si te quieres tomar algo. Un tercio de cerveza 7€. Comimos lo que se ve en la foto y pagamos más de 50€.

Todo el personal super atento y educado. Se pagan 5€ para subir a la terraza, merece la pena! Las vistas son increíbles! 👏 Nosotros decidimos ir a primera hora de la tarde y lo recomiendo por que apenas te encuentras cola para subir, si pasas por allí alas 5 o más tarde la cola es enorme! Es todo un lujo pero hay tanta gente arriba que el tiempo para hacerte fotos en la terraza es limitado. Nos quedamos con ganas de tomarnos algo, pero sin duda repetiremos seguro!

El personal es muy atento y educado, siempre dispuestos a prestar ayuda. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Las habitaciones son amplias y siempre limpias y cómodas. El desayuno es muy variado y abundante. Nosotros nos hospedamos en la planta 19 y las vías tas son muy buenas, al igual que desde la planta 26-27. La salida al balcón de cristal es una buena experiencia.

Disappointed and not recommend at all. Rude reception. We Booked a twin bed room online with a terrace after check in they gave us a double bed (king bed) We asked them to give us a twin bed room as we booked but they say we don’t have twin bed with terrace ( and she say the information on Booking website was inserted wrong and we don’t have any twins bed room with terrace at our hotel). so they give us option to change our room to another room without terrace, smaller and cheaper than what we paying to them. We asked them to refund the price difference and the girl on Reception agreed about refund then she went to talk with her manger and back to us to say sorry no refund! If you want king bed or we will give you the cheaper room with twins bed and if you not satisfied talk with booking website!!!! We told them we are disappointed and we got bad impression about your 4 star hotel they doesn’t care and the girl on reception says do what you want even if you want leave your review on booking or google map!!!The trip was in winter and our room and bathroom was really Cold!! we can’t sleep well. The Slipper not available at this 4 star hotel ( we asked them and said we don’t have)!!The best thing in this hotel was the breakfast and the staff on hotel door.

El desayuno un pocomasificado para estar en covid pero gran variedad para elegir destacar ( zumo naranja natural y café molido al momento) Las habitaciones limpias y antes de las 10 de la mañana ya había pasado la limpiadora. La terraza tiene una vistas super bonitas. Personal muy amable y atento. Algo a criticar es que cuesta mucho calentar la habitación con la calefacción y que las aceitunas que ponen como aperitivo 👎

Pagas 5€ (10€ después de las 17:00) por subir, las vistas son buenas pero no hay sitio donde disfrutarlas, ya que está todo lleno de mesas y gente sin mascarilla. Decidimos tomar algo y nos pusieron en una mesa donde las vistas eran nulas, teniendo gente alrededor sin respetar la debida distancia. Pedimos cambiarnos de mesa y se nos negó rotundamente, diciendo prácticamente de malas maneras que una vez que se asignaba una mesa ya no se podía cambiar, siendo evidente la diferencia entre unas mesas y otras. El servicio, como el precio, muy mejorable. Una pena que un sitio tan bonito esté tan mal gestionado.

If the could be more generous with toiletries and they provided slippers, it could be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed over. El hotel está genial. La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro, y muy bien comunicado con una parada de metro justo en la puerta. El trato del personal es excepcional. Las dos cosas que destacaría del hotel son el desayuno y la terraza. El desayuno es inmenso, con mucha variedad y con cocina en vivo. En el desayuno te encuentras todo lo que se te ocurra. Respecto a la terraza es una maravilla, el poder subir cada vez que quieras es un lujo. El motivo de no dar las 5 estrellas es porque la habitación nos tocó a un patio con toda la maquinaria de ventilación, lo cual por la noche había mucho ruido y era un poco molesto. Además, en el hotel estaban haciendo reformas y se escuchaba también. Por lo demás, todo genial. Volveríamos.

Tengo que admitir que es uno de los mejores hoteles que he ido. El personal que tienen allí, son muy buenos. La limpieza perfecta. La única pega, es que haya mas vigilancia en la parte del buffet, ya que me fije en las dos veces que fui, que por muchas pinzas que pongan para recoger la comida, la gente cogía la comida con las manos.

La terraza es muy bonita y tiene unas vistas estupendas, pero deberían cuidar un poco más el bar. Ya que las copas son caras, al menos que notes que te estás bebiendo una, no coca cola con dos gotas de ron, y los hielos de los que si hace un buen día de sol, te duran 5 minutos. Esto lo único que hace es que en lugar de tomarte tres, te tomes una corriendo, veas el lugar, las fotos correspondientes y hasta luego. Las otras dos te las tomas en otro sitio, con peores vistas, pero mejor calidad.

La terraza 360° de este hotel ofrece una de las mejores vistas de a Madrid. Increíble. El precio para subir varía, 5 o 10 euros dependiendo de días y horarios. Si te pides algo no te lo restan de la entrada, eso solo lo hacían cuando abrieron. Aún así...Las vistas desde una planta 26merecen la pena!!

The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance from the main tourist places in Madrid also with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The pool is a bit small but enough to relax for a few hours but you can not use it after you have done the check out which sometimes could be helpful when you have a few more hours before get your flight. (Specially in Summer). In peak times could be very difficult to get the elevator. The breakfast is the best part of staying in this hotel.

Very big place, clean and very organized. We left something at the reception and they return it honestly. We love the pool but we’re not able to use it due to limit of people who can swim (corona timing) the bar was very nice with very good view. We love the drinks 😊 The breakfast was superb! On arrival our bags were taken ready to be taken to our room. We were met by Daniel and he was amazing! He was so welcoming and told us all about the hotel. When he found out we were staying for our honeymoon, he arranged nice amenities for the room. The room is fantastic, one of the best rooms we have stayed in. The hotel facilities are lovely and we enjoyed the morning breakfast at the terrace. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and modern. It is a great place for both business and pleasure.

Tienes que ir al menos una vez. Me gusta mucho cómo han intentado plasmar el pasado del hotel, la decoración parece de los 70 pero adoptada a la modernidad y comodidad de hoy. Es un hotel impresionante, el desayuno incluido con la habitación estaba muy bien, nosotros fuimos a la habitación con terraza y era una pasada. Fabuloso hotel del centro de Madrid, a un paso de Gran Vía y de la calle Princesa. Espectaculares vistas de la ciudad, y un servicio especialmente atento, hacen que la estancia sea una verdadera delicia. Dan ganas de quedarse a vivir para siempre!!! Imprescindible visitar el skybar y la terraza, en especial a última hora de la noche, si es que consigues alguna de las cotizadas mesas.

La terraza es un lugar obligado para visitar si eres turista, como si quieres tener una vista 360 de Madrid. Somos clientes de la cadena RIU y es de destacar la calidad y trato de su personal. El hotel la verdad es que merece la pena, bien situado, todo nuevo, la habitación que elegimos era amplia y bien insonorizada. Todo el personal estaba atento y se preocupan porque se cumplieran las medidas de seguridad. Que el acceso a la terraza sea gratuito también se agradece. El desayuno buffet tenía de todo y estaba bien organizado con gel por todos lados, con varios salones para repartir a toda la gente que había. Además nos regalaron un 15% de descuento en todas las consumiciones.

La ubicación es perfecta. Las habitaciones son comodísimas y el personal es muy atento. El desayuno es abrumador. La piscina está muy bien pero es demasiado pequeña para la cantidad de gente que cabe en el hotel, y hay que hacer cola o esperar turno para entrar, además de que solo se puede estar una hora. Las vistas de la terraza del último piso son espectaculares.

What an amazing place to stay. We stayed there for 5 nights and we could not be happier. The views from the rooftop and swimming pool area are breathtaking. The hotel stuff is amazing and always very helpful and attentive. The location of the hotel is great. It’s opposite Plaza España, not far away from Sol and Callao. You can easily walk everywhere. The selection of breakfast was huge. Everything was delicious. If you are thinking about staying somewhere in Madrid, I’d advise you to book this place. Thank you everyone!

This hotel is very special: one of the best locations in Madrid, the best view you can ever hope for, the service of the employees at the pool: Angelica, Jonás, Sonia and Silvia is amazing!!! We arrived on Saturday August 29, 2020, I had issues with the information provided to me for reservation and access to the pool. The manager upgraded my room and I had to pay a supplement for an additional person, which no one informed me of, evenI if I had sent an email. I thought it was so thoughtful, till I discovered that it was what they had already on the web. I understand it is a Covid-19 situation, but information is missing. Also, everything you can ask for, you pay for! Nothing is offered despite the empty hotel. They didn’t allow us 2 hours of late check-out as we have conference calls at the same time of check-out, at 11:00, especially that breakfast is between 9 and 10:30.Hence, make sure you are fully informed of all your options to avoid surprises, by asking many times questions and details. I must admit that overall our stay was good, thanks to the amazing staff... I will come back, only for those 4!

Very basic hotel rooms for the prestige they claim to have. The parking spots are behind the building, but officially you're not allowed to enter the street behind the building, so we had to park at the parking space in front of the Riu. When asked if someone could help us with the luggage they said it is not their policy - even though we explained the situation. There was nothing in the mini bar, when we asked for a bottle opener to open the wine we had with us we had to go to the reception - no room service whatsoever. The bigger rooms have a balcony that is so small you can't even sit there. All over all, pretty disappointing for the impression they want to give. Gave it two stars because the building from the outside is very pretty and the Skybar is nice as well.

Estivemos recentemente no RIU PLAZA HOTEL em frente à praça de Espanha. Não temos do que reclamar. Atenderam-nos de forma muito cortês. As instalações são modernas. A localização é ótima. Fica na Gran Via.

Hotel sempre muito lotado, elevadores não são suficientes. Serviço de limpeza de quarto regular. Café da manhã bastante lotado, fila para tudo o tempo todo.

Excelente localização, "roof top"com o pôr do sol sensacional ao som dos músicos locais , acomodação ampla, toalhas gigantes, café da manhã com muita variedade para todos os gostos.
