“Mau atendimento por parte do pessoal. Entrei antes das 10h para tomar o pequeno almoço. Para além de um pequeno almoço pobre, as 10:10h estava a pedir café e a funcionária disse que já não podia porque já passava das 10h. Informei a receção do sucessido que confirmou que a entrada é até às 10h mas que tendo entrado antes dessa hora sou servido normalmente. Juntando isto com mudança de quarto com cheiro a amoníaco, muito intenso, a meio da noite. Tenho uma opinião muito má do hotel.”
