“The hotel is shut down and boarded up but still accepting payments. They have no reception, phone line, or email. I told everyone in my family to go there and we all had to change our plans last-minute after reading the Google reviews. You need to call the Redford Hotel to get a refund or redeem the stay at the Redford instead.It’s a shame because I used to love this place when it was open!”
